Divorce.ie introduces Ireland's first and only Divorce Program offering a comprehensive Divorce solution.

Introduction of the Family Law Act 2019 allows Divorce for spouses separated for two of the past three years.

1995

A second Divorce referendum passes by 50.28% allowing Divorce in Ireland with a condition of 4 years separation out of the previous five.

Legal Separation is introduced in Ireland by the Judicial Separation and Family Law Reform Act.
